“Beauty Will Save the World.”
Well maybe not.
But with enormous experience in Fashion, Home Furnishings and Fine Art, Jeff McKay continues to try.
As a Creative Director, Writer, Curator, Photographer –
Jeff McKay believes that gorgeous is good, and that yes, taste really does matter.
After earning a Bachelor’s, and Master’s Degree in fine art, McKay started his fashionable journey as Art Director of the legendary Henri Bendel fashion emporium in New York City.
He then created memorable advertising campaigns for Elle Magazine, Vidal Sassoon, Bob Mackie, Bally of Switzerland, etc., at acclaimed fashion advertising agency, Peter Rogers Associates.
Then McKay was appointed Advertising Director of Revlon cosmetics.
So it was only logical that his next move was to found his own eponymous Advertising and Public Relations firm specializing in Beauty, Fashion and Home Furnishings with such clients as – Shiseido cosmetics, Bill Blass, Vanity Fair magazine, J. Robert Scott, Via Spiga and The New York Times.
Believing the written word can be as witty and wry as the visuals he creates, McKay writes about Color, Architecture, Home Design, and matters of Taste and Style.
His photography is published internationally as well.
Continually challenging himself, McKay is also deft at Curating and Staging inventive and innovative museum shows across the country.
Finally, proving that he lives by his own credo, Jeff McKay’s own Beautiful homes continue to be featured internationally.
